In order to ensure the best possible service to our clients, Casellas & Company has developed a quality control system which has proven very effective and efficient. We achieve this through the use of checklists and survey questionnaires developed by us.

All policies received at our offices are carefully reviewed by at least two brokers working as a team. These are checked against the insurance specifications and the checklists mentioned previously. During the policy year, accounts are monitored to identify any additional limits or exposures our clients may have. New endorsements are reviewed thoroughly by the two brokers and/or the account representative to ensure accuracy.

Likewise, our brokers work in teams with our Claims Representatives to ensure clients claims are treated in an efficient and expeditious manner.
